Anyone working in mRNA space? DM for a job
I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

Def rejoin, gym is always worth it imo
I think so too. Specially for health
I always think gyms are a waste of money. You can work out with videos on YouTube. If you need company just invite a friend over. I’d never spend money on Equinox. Or, just grab a skipping rope and jump rope everyday in your room… that is the quickest way to lose weight. You don’t need other people to motivate you, you can do it yourself.
Lmao imagine thinking it’s healthy to jump rope on your living room but never squat, bench, deadlift, to develop strength and strong bones.
Health stuff is 100% a matter of being realistic vs idealistic. We could all save a lot of money working out at home or running, and eating at home vs meal kits. But if that’s not the way you work then you got to treat health stuff as an investment. A healthy person wants a lot of things, an unhealthy person wants one.
I recently joined equinox. For me it’s worth it. I don’t have to worry about bringing things like shampoo, a razor, lock for locker. I don’t have to worry about overcrowding during prime hours. I can steam my clothes in the locker room so I look presentable after a morning workout. And there’s one near my house and a block from my office so it’s about the same cost as paying for a gym at home and at work. And I like that I can use their soul cycle bikes instead of paying for a peloton. It makes my life easier and my workouts more enjoyable (love the cold towels). Personal finance is personal

What is the single club membership going for these days?
I’m not sure, probably around 170-200?
What's wrong with Blink?
Blink is also just absurdly overcrowded at most times (except during like mid-day) and they don’t have much equipment
I've never been to an equinox, so I have no comparison point. What do you feel you're missing at other gyms?
Oh also, low key everyone is hot lol. It’s solid motivation
