I am currently in negotiation with EY GDS and they are offering 9.2 LPA Fixed. My current is 7.51 LPA (6.6 Fixed) and yeo is 2.4 years. What should I do? Are they lowballing me? Thanks in advance.

I god Accenture offer of 7.8 lpa fixed and 1.4 variable total CTC 9.4
But now u got offer from CTS 9.2 fixed 50k variable.
Does Accenture match this CTC in terms of fixed compensation?

Work Culture is good/ many perks, Company does everything to make it employee centric place.
Still seems like the real struggle of joining a start up, maybe because of new work/less business understanding /new tech stack / new process.
Work late hours to meet deadlines.
Really depressing, getting thoughts of quitting.
