Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

In an ideal situation, you will have some passive candidates that you’ve already met, or at least done some proactive market mapping. If not, often our clients use our interim offering, where we can place individuals (from ICs up to executives) for durations as short as 1-2 weeks up to 6-9 months. This gives you breathing room to find your permanent placement.

/ Make sure job description and hiring manager's expectations are aligned
/ Setup scalable interview process
/ Make sure interviewer are all trained
/ Included other teams if current team is stretched thin
/ Setup weekly checkins
/ Ideally hiring manager are aware of those tight deadlines and proactively open the role unless someone leaves unexpectedly
/ Get hiring manager to review resume to move fast
/ Add sourcing support if possible or use external agency (will come at high cost)
/ Market mapping talent to make sure you are looking for talent in right market
/ If you are hiring for many roles, set superday sort of event
