I did the exact same thing OP. I spent the day resting and relaxing. Slept in yesterday and then today I laid out by the pool. I had a very relaxing weekend to say the least.

I eat a carnivore diet. 95% of my food comes from animal products. I have lost 60 lbs since July and have had the most energy I have ever had. Eating animal organs gives your body the most nutrients it needs. I can’t stand eating liver, heart ,etc. so I eat them in the form of a pill. I have only had 1 small cold all school year.
