Senior 3 here, only at 90k here in CLT. Found out other firms pay more so I am moving for a bump.
Senior 1
Staff 2 at 73...would be happy with 87 as S1 pls
Around 90k sounds about right for senior 1 in Chicago for EY ...expect to be at around 110k mark by senior 3 if you decide to stick around and manage to get 4's or 5's
@ey3, are you in Chicago?
Get to manager first then leave. These couple of years in regards to time don't matter too much and as a manager you command more and in some firms are now an executive. Leaving now, will get you a bump yes, that will be normalized over the years, and you will still be under the manager level. Leave but not for a few more years. The trade off is not worth it. Speaking from experience.
What year
That's really low... Senior at pwc starts at 90 in low CoL cities like Houston, Dallas.

What's the typical % bump going from staff 2 to senior?
Accenture senior analyst (middle of year 2 out of ugrad) at 85 in a low CoL city. You'd do better here if you make it across.
lol I'm at 82.5 as a staff 1 from undergrad. Are you in risk?
Sounds about right to me for Sr 1. You can probably get a bit more elsewhere but I don't think it would be worth switching if you are on a good track.
EY1 in LA
All the out of undergrad salaries are pretty much the same btw +- no more than 2k
Sounds standard Staff 2 @ 80
@EY5 - what city? Do you have an advanced degree?
Where is 98k for S3 in New York. Low or high?
Anyone knows how KPMG pays.
