Started a new position in creative in house pharma and my manager is micromanaging me. My Manager is not creative (they have a marketing title) and asks me to revise design on screen-- all the time. I have 15 years experience and hired as a supervisor as well. I only am in my first two months and I don't want to push it so I oblige. I have urges to tell them they don't know design and concepting but of course I can't do that... yet. I don't want them to think I'm a diva. What to do?
