Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Unfortunately I think it makes the most sense to grind it out until tour debt is paid off given what you're currently making, and you can develop your skill set for a transition. I would focus on what you want to do long term and if there are tangible things you can do in your current position (for example since you're new you can try to pivot towards an area that offers best exit options). Happy to hear other viewpoints.
Serve the public interest and check Biden’s plan re: loan forgiveness
Set a goal to pay 100k in principal of the loan for the next two years. That means probably living off just 50-60k. But it’ll be worth it. So long as u are in this profession, focus on skills development so you can cross sell down the road for other types of jobs.
What practice area are you in? I feel as though I hear this more from corporate attorneys. They thought they would be more business oriented but in reality they are just papering deals, which imo is miserable.
If you are miserable, the time to do it is when you are young. You can explain that to a future employer, your current firm is likely to be less inclined to entertain another switch already id imagine.
Go in house. Preferably at an investment bank.
Try another practice area and then go in-house. Or just try for in house or compliance roles right off the bat.
That’s what I am going to try to do
You could also try a JD-preferred role with a six figure salary at consulting firms, investment banks or PE firms.
I didn’t realize there were JD preferred roles
