I am working from home since March 2020, Got married in Dec 2020..My wife may have thought that we will move to Pune after marriage but we are here in 2022 and I am still working from home..My office is still offering work from home for a long time may be but my wife is forcing me to move to Pune. I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true? My agency is opening up applications for a DE&I Committee leader for the first time. This person will be responsible for overhauling how the agency approaches diversity, including employee training, internships, new business model and client communications. However, the role is a voluntary one-year term with no extra pay or incentive. There is no budget for this person to be trained themselves. How are your companies handling new diversity leadership? How should I voice my concern?

I’m beyond exhausted of working in majority white spaces. Even when you speak up and try to educate (to avoid the agency looking like a dumb ass to Black celeb talent) it’s dismissed…
