Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.
FTI Senior Director base + bonus in NYC?
My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say, there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary. Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.

Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Do we not have it already? Are we on net deduction?
A2 it is indeed. I have friends in director level positions who advise on rewards and recognition and their jaws were on the floor when I mentioned ACN do a net pay arrangement. I guess most of our top payroll is via RSUs anyway so perhaps the cost of implementation didn't make sense vs. the benefit? Now employer NI has increased it may have switched.
Possibly our leadership used it as a bargaining chip in H&PS deals too? We pay more than our fair share here is an example of where we top up coffers more than we could have to....
How is this more tax efficient? Employee pension contributions are backed out of the NI and Income taxable amount in the PAYE process
It will also save money on any student loans people are paying since gross pay would be reduced
