Staying at a Bonvoy property with Titanium status. Booked a standard room, and the property is empty and I checked in late enough, yet somehow got a downgrade to a room that’s missing things like a desk and seating that are normal in standard rooms for this property. Interaction at check in seemed normal so I don’t think I offended the front desk agent or did anything to cause this. Anyone know how to avoid this in the future, or did I just get Bonvoyed?
