One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

Depends on what aspect of healthcare. If biopharma or med devices I think LEK.
S&. LEK has shown some resiliency issues.
I doubt other major firms have “waited to take action”. Most non boutique firms have tried aggressively to protect their people and relied on their size and offering diversity to receive buffer from other parts of their business (I.e audit, tax, implementation, etc) if certain parts of their business see a dip (ie CDDs and other M&A). S& has been busy helping companies navigate certain COVID strategies as well as allocating resources to non strategy roles when necessary. Right now leadership has said they would rather stay busy and even cut bonuses and/or delay comp increases than lay people off although they haven’t confirmed either.
Our healthcare practice is pretty strong across payer, provider and pharma.
Following as well
We’re definitely strongest on biopharma and medtech, but we do a lot of work with HCS as well. Can’t speak to S& very well
It can be very different type of work. LEK is mostly CDD and a few very high level strategy projects (almost research projects). Much less travel at LEK. S& is more traditional consulting that requires constant client interaction and potentially implementation support of the strategy as well.
Thanks all!
