I experience the same thing. If I go cold turkey no refined sugar for three weeks, I stop craving it full-stop. Good luck! Break the cycle, you can do it!
Watch those sugar documentaries on netflix, its crazy how bad the stuff is in excess... and excess is like: drink 1 juice at lunch. Most of those have like 35g in them.
Crack is still somewhat more addictive.
Thanks D1! First step: switching to sugar free edibles (tea!) and only taking it before bed so I don't succumb to munchies. In other news, the 5 lbs I gained were the happiest 5 lbs I ever gained!

Check out the oh she glows food blog - she has some dessert recipes that are easy to make and won't crush you. Most are without sugar (sweetness for bananas etc)
