Switching jobs 'on receipt' instead of waiting for approval; H1B visa type. Thoughts?

1. Will the approval notice be sent to my address or attorney office?
2. Do I need to wait for approval notice physical copy to be received or can I put my 2 week notice?

Went through 3 rounds of interviews for a fin.analyst role at a relatively big consulting company. After the superday, they rejected me by saying im overqualified, won’t be challenged enough.
