Talking with a Facebook recruiter for and the position I am applying for is an IC3 position and they said there might be an IC4 ranking available. What is the salary increase from IC3->IC4. Everyone is going to say look at levels but this is a remote position in a LCOL and can’t find any data for that.

The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. I know in the long run total comp through equity and sales commission bonus can be much higher but having a hard time making the jump… mostly my ego to drop drastically in TCO the first year after spending all these years trying to increase base. I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
