I have attended 2 rounds of interview last month with technical and manager, is there any way to know selected/rejected.

Applied here and interviewed (presumably to the final round) and didn’t end up with an offer, I think due to the specific experience I’ve had so far. I want to definitely try again in the future when I get more experience. Is there a specific grace period that is ideal? Would this look bad if I apply again since I’ve been rejected before?

I have almost 5.5years of experience and working with TCS from almost 4years my current package is less than my experience.

I have 3 offers in hand from KPMG, IBM and PWC .. All are providing compensation in the same range.. around 50% hike on fixed part!

1. Should I be expecting more for a 4+ years experienced Salesforce developer?

North Indian HR not selecting south Indian candidate into the company even if he on par with North Indian candidate. I see this attitude amongst most of the interview which I had attended.
This seems to be a gray area somewhere in their recruitment .
