Tech M or TCS which one to join if I am looking for a longer term(7-8 years)?

TCS-20 LPA (No idea onproject)
Tech M- 22.8 LPA.(Client has new business with them and with long term project, manual testing pure.
Yoe- 8. 8 yrs
Obviously Job security is first priority now as I am planning for baby and hv home loans(so need some extra money also).
What is your suggestions? I can see the In hand will be 10k extra on average at Tech M and PF contri 8k.

I was recently interviewing a very good candidate who was not only technically strong but also had a very good problem solving skill. Below is his yoe and tech stack
Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)
Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

How come in TV shows there are different salaries for different actors? And it's even worse when you bring numbers in. Per episode, there have been cases where some people make twice as much as others.

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.
