McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

If anyone from the board is reading this: get rid of mark and whoever he brought from wherever he came from. Thank you.
A shot in the dark 😂
We know he’s not harkening back to anything that works
The big question is why Mark Read still there? The guy has been bad from the start.
THIS!! He’s run what was once a pretty good, stable holdco into the ground. The EssenceMediacom merger was a disaster that made clients runaway (get ready OMD/IPG). He folds legacy creative brands into…VML? A BS agency run by a bunch Boomers in Kansas City? He fired most of the senior leadership from the Sorrell era and replaced them with incompetents. He doesn’t even understand media. It’s so tragic.

I just sat through a WPP open training. And am still struggling to see the unicorns & rainbows they try to make it sound. I’m not even clear how to use it for anything other than glorified project mgt tool ( is it even that really?).
I don’t know. I’ll go rewatch the training…. 🤷🏻♂️
Doesn’t sound any different from most AI platforms out there. Mostly snake oil
I hope everyone at WPP can find a job, except the people who set policy/higher ups. Hated my time there and hated the people I worked for.
Happy to refer :)

They need to dissolve their company. It’ll take longer for some to get there than others, but WPP and all of the holding companies are on the road to going out of business.

Private equity I assume.
Could one say “marked as read”? Ok bye
WPP has been cannibalizing its agencies for 25 years - since the days they pulled all the media buying to create MindShare. They have never had any interest in the advertising itself. They would really prefer to use children on a small island for their labor force, but at least ai doesn't ask for bread and water.
And yeah...and why VML? Why not Y&R, JWT, or Grey? Too dignified? Too prestigious?
