Does Manual Testing profile getting salaries above 17LPA.
With 6.8 YOE I have resigned recently on 13.68lpa and 1.25JB offer.
But not getting any calls and if I get any no response from them.
Is there any manual tester with 7-8 yoe switched recently please help me with this?

Yikes! Your not alone, I have used those too. In all honesty it was often used a a way of sort of saying "hello... what's the hold up" without saying that. And I see it when I step back and read those examples how they could be perceived no differently than saying what's the hold up? an so on with each individually. Thanks for sharing, I think I needed to see this.
I think “per my last email” is a little hoity toity, but I don’t think #1, #4 or #5 are bad at all. I use them all
the time. As for copying people, I try to copy the same people in my replies that are in the initial message. Other than that, I rarely copy anyone unless there is a need-to-know.
