I have an interview for a senior consultant role for fso credit risk. Can anyone give me insight on the types of engagements the team works in? Will there be alot of domestic travel involved if I’m in the NY office? Any insight would be greatly appreciated

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $400k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I got the impression this was a small but fast growing team on the west coast, and the work sounds like a combination of product, agile delivery, and roadmap dev. But, as an outsider to the firm, I’d be curious for EY-ers’ thoughts/perceptions on the practice. Is it generally well regarded? How is the practice leadership & culture? Is it truly a hot/growing market like my interviewers have portrayed it as?
