The higher up I get the more it sucks. I wanted to be "senior" but I feel like I'm failing. I assume this is everyone's experience? Or am I just bad at my job? At this level I am constantly dealing with crises, internal and external, and on the hook with problems daily. Everything is my fault and there is so much ... drama. I guess that's what the money is for? This is normal when you're senior right?!

Ive been using botox fairly consistently for 10 yrs and m happy with the results. However, for financial reasons Im thinking of taking a break for 12 months to save the extra money.

Will stopping botox for 12 moths undo all the progress I've made? (I am afraid of rapidly aging like the Nazi from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - nightmare fule).

Note taking is not something I was ever particularly good at. Shorthand, symbols, abbreviations, multiple colors - they're all things I use haphazardly, and without consistency.
