The HR has offered only 25 percent hike over last salary. And when i mentioned atleast give 30 they said all the best for future. I even confirmed budget before even appearing for interview. I want to join bit the offered salary is low for L9. Do HR revert or call back again. What is there general ways of working bevause there was no negotiation at all.
