If you had permanent WFH where would you work out of?

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 14 years of experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Does anyone else feel like people who are generally nice in person and on calls sound mean or stand-offish in emails and text/chat? I get that over-use of friendliness in text can come off as green/immature, but I tend to try and cushion my words with positivity or even exclamation marks/the occasional emoji to show that I don't sound completely unemotional.

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
