As long as I am tweaking my resume or drafting content in private, I don't have to face the vulnerability of public rejection or silence. But playing it safe is the fastest way to stay invisible to the market. For those who have successfully pivoted, how did you force yourself to stop planning and start putting yourself out there?

I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? If I have two 401ks (current job and previous job), does the 19k limit apply to both of them together or 19k each?

If I were to rollover a pension lump sum into one of those 401ks, is counted towards the $19k limit? Or is rollover classified differently and I could still continue to contribute to my current 401k?

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner.
