What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.
$97 a month blue anthem ppo
$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…
Thinking about having surgery for my knee and this seems costly

Regardless of the specific job boards, it is very much an employers job market. Every job posting is getting inundated qoth applicants, and sorting through them has become the focus, with no time left to be looking for anyone who hasn't applied.
If you were qualified, this sounds like an issue with your resume.
Dice used to be good for contract jobs now it’s dead.
It’s LinkedIn only these days for the job hunt. Glassdoor used to be good after Dice died but totally sucks now. I give random chat people a day to reply to my response - if they don’t and it ends in a ghost chat, they get permanently blocked.

Not sure what you expect to accomplish by blocking them? I guess this is your way of punishing them or teaching them a lesson, lol. Better to just leave the door open and forget about it.

Yeah those were the days alright. I used to get annoyed by how many recruiters were knocking down my door on a daily basis. Local recruiters would literally take me out to lunches and happy hours. Boy have things changed. To all the people who are relatively new to tech, you'll never understand how good we had it.
I use all the job boards and then go to company website and apply. Long time back you could just apply directly from job boards website but not anymore .
