Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

If your frustrations are framed about the workers “letting jobs get shipped at your expense” then you should redirect your focus away from identity politics and petty infighting over people who have no control over losing their jobs and more towards the fact that capitalism created the environment where it is beneficial for the few at expense for the rest and until it is dismantled, the workers voices will never be fully heard, workers of the world everywhere fight the same struggles big dawg

the entire profession was offshored thanks to the aicpa. check out the name; it’s not the american institute of cpas anymore. People better start fighting back against this crap or your wages and benefits will continue to go down, you’ll not make enough to fund retirement, these countries that the work and profession is offshored to will flood the markets with fraud, incompetence and poor ethics. Stop worrying about American DEI and pay attention to the wholesale selling of ALL American industry and intellectual capacities to adversaries, private equity.

OP how would offshoring as an employee work? Why would an employer pay you to do something they don’t need?
Im gonna mention them. Theyre off shoring our jobs to the Indians and I can barely understand a word half of them say.
