Recently jumped 5 months back to 15.5L. Didn't get proper role so started giving interviews again.
Now cleared client round and got email confirmation from HCL PM on offer. HR discussion is about to start.
6.8 yrs experience in Automation Testing and currently in Test Lead position. Getting hired for Implementation Analyst/Manager considering my previous responsibilities held and aspirations. As said earlier my current total CTC is 15.5. How much can I expect? Also do HCL provide joining bonus?

Anyone made the switch from payer/provider consulting to LS/Pharma? Are you able to keep your level or move up during the transitions.

Foreign LLM student here. I plan to take the NY bar exam in February. I’m thinking of taking a bar prep course (most likely Barbri). They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take? “Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you.
