for people who jumped from FDD to FP&A, how did you prep for your interview? Thank you!!

Just started a new job as an LMHC 7 weeks ago. It’s fee for service. Was told during the interview I’d have a full caseload always and have more stable clients. However, I’ve been getting at least 1 no show/cancel per day and found out that I don’t get paid for it unless the client pays. Now with these no show / late cancels, I have less clients and no new intakes are being put in my schedule even though I’ve alerted the intake dept several times. Is it bad I want to leave already?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. So I started to find another opportunity. I cleared interview of Maersk but they are not offering me the same what I am getting in the company which I just joined. 2nd Interview for Sr TPM (AMZN L6) role — flow was too easy (recruiter was more intense!). My interview was led by a direct report to the hiring manager I was scheduled to meet with. There was no explanation or heads up of the change. I talked to recruiter just now and won’t be moving forward. I can’t help but feel that the decision had already been made by the hiring manager not to proceed. I definitely appreciate the practice but it definitely has a sting to it.

What to tell in interview when you are already serving notice period

I’m feeling very neurotic about my third interview and need advice:

I was asked to pick a time yesterday, did for the Monday morning slot, and was told it would be added to the calendar. I reached out today asking for any details about what I should have prepared for the call like I did for the second. It’s been a whole day and the interview has not been scheduled and no one has given me the details on the call. I’m worried. I’ve been ghosted before and it is getting harder and harder to deal.

I haven’t been able to land a job. I have been trying to do my own projects. But, companies ask me about “real” experiences. I know I could do a real project by volunteering but it hasn’t been that easy either. It’s 2021 and I don’t know if it’s smart to afford another year on job searching only.
