Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

Endpoint security, virtual patching, network security, email gateway, dlp, lbs. Now currently working in VAPT for more than 3years with multiple clients managing most of the work and connecting with clients, also implementing technologies. Tools currently working in are Qualys and Tenable.

I'm an environmental engineer with little bit experience in the field gained in my country. I moved to the UK before covid and got a sales assistant job and later, an engineering and compliance administrator job. Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed.
