Thinking of upskilling/pursuing more education - which skills would be useful? I am a Sr Analyst at a climate/sustainability firm and would like to further my education to make myself more employable. I'm learning python/SQL and am thinking of doing a masters degree but I'm unsure as to which skills/knowledge would be most helpful (both in our sector and transferable skills). For context, I would like to transition to a more data-heave role (hence the coding). Any advice would be appreciated!

Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)
