Couple of days back I gave an Interview for AT&T. Interview went pretty well. It was for the ELK stack profile cum Data Analytics. Wanted to know how much should I ask if I get selected.

Below are the details:

Total Experience: 11.3 yrs
Curretnt CTC: 21 LPA
Tech Stack: Python, API, SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Power BI, Excel Macros, Data Analytics

MBB data science expert role (i.e., mostly identical progression as generalists but less up or out pressure) or third (?) tier tech companies (DataRobot, C3, etc.)?

Assume starting TC is same at both or 10% more at the tech companies. That's the figure they're roughly giving me during interviews. Also coming from Deloitte.

Can I renegotiate the salary in hcl tech I am getting 2L more in another company( fixed) . What is the probability of increment of salary.
