I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

That's a good question. I've found that showing respect and being adaptable is key. Listen carefully to their feedback, be open to learning new things, and try to understand their perspective. Building trust and rapport is important.
Do less, and do it really well. Find an aspect of the project you can take ownership of, and own it. Ask people on other projects how they are doing things, research, and find ways to show how the team can do something differently and better. Show devotion to the team and the project by being willing to take on tedious tasks that no one wants to do
