This is a long shot but I’m currently trying to relocate from upstate NY to Tampa and finding it quite impossible to find a job. 6 years of welding/fabrication/fitting as well as 3 years of industrial maintenance and I can’t even so much as get anyone to interview me due to not being in FL yet. Already have somewhere to live as my girlfriend just recently moved there. Any advice? Will also add that I can make the trip down for interviews at any point.

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? What margins and font size are you all using for your resume?

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?
