This is my first post, so please bear with me and let me know if you need more information.

I am looking to make one of two moves: from consulting to IB or to a higher-level consulting firm (B4/MBB). I am currently interning at Baker Tilly and happy with WLB, but I am having some trouble moving up. Maybe it's just because not many consulting intern positions have opened up for next summer yet, or maybe I'm missing something else. I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.

Right now I’m a data analyst with TSQL/PLSQL/MySQL experience. I have experience writing complex queries/views/stored procedures/etc. I have intermediate excel skills and have dabbled in Power BI. I also taught myself PowerAutomate and now am automating my weekly/monthly tasks. My question is what will make me more marketable as a data analyst? Will getting my certificate in PowerBI help? What is a good ETL tool to learn?

Currently in B4 Tech Risk (senior 1 going to be senior 2) i want to transfer to FDD, preferably internally but looking at other big 4 too. I'm currently set to talk to a manager internally and network but is there anything else that would be recommended for me to do?

Coming from tech risk, what are my chances of getting an offer at any of the big 4s in Fdd? (Im an accting major + MAcc and working on my cpa)

I just got into reading books, any suggestions to start with? Which could help to increase media/marketing knowledge.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I’m currently on CO-OP and note that Christmas is coming up we get the 23rd and 24 th off. Is it unreasonable to ask for the entire week off (an extra 3 days)? I am just the intern and my work isn’t time critical to anybody.

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Question on entering consulting. Worked for a non-profit for six years, entered healthcare tech last year as a CSM, and just got an offer from a life sciences consulting firm. My hope is to eventually get into more broad strategy consulting (MBB or big 4, have connections at both). Would working at a more boutique firm limit or help in the long run? I don’t want to be in life sciences forever but figured it could be a good launchpad into consulting. I’m 30 so not old, but also not young.
