This is very strange. In Kolkata, the salary structure is low. One of my colleagues joined with a CTC of ₹25 lakhs with 7 years of experience in an IT audit profile at Banglore. My CTC is ₹20 lakhs; I asked for ₹26 lakhs with 7.5 years of experience. The PwC AC Kolkata HR told they can't offer more than ₹22.5 lakhs for an SA profile. When I declined, they simply moved on. When I connected with HR, they said management did not approve, and the position is still open after 3 months still.

I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.

PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.
