I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

I honestly haven't applied to anything I'm not genuinely interested in. I had a hard life lesson where I'd been in a position that I thought I'd hold forever so always told recruiters I wasn't interested in hearing about anything and then when the blinders were removed I said yes to the first opportunity which turned out not to be the right one. Ever since, I've remained open to hearing about opportunities, and pursuing them until one of us is no longer interested. I have received two offers that I turned down because ultimately they didn't seem like the right fit. I am hoping the next offer is a good fit though, because I am ready to leave!

Remote is dying across most industries, with few exceptions. When the market swings back into the worker's favor, it will start to become more commonplace again, especially as a perk to draw experienced talent.
The smart companies that like to have adequate staff will have no issues filling vacancies, while the dinosaurs will struggle and continue to have morale problems and high turnover. Tale as old as time.
Law firms are rare, but there are tons of openings for remote in-house. It’s just so competitive because everyone wants it. I genuinely need it.
Around 200+ (with true interest in maybe 50) … haven’t had an interview since December.
It’s bleak all around even recruiters are dumbfounded
I had put in on and off for months before my lay off March 12th. Then between March 12th and March 20th I applied for 5 jobs, turned down for 2, nver heard from 1, and interviewed multiple times at each of the last two. Had two very lucrative offers from both within 2 weeks. Both LinkedIn Postings said hundreds of applicants. I am 100% remote.
You just have to keep putting your name in the hat, no matter how defeated you feel.
i should also clarify, I only qpply for in-house remote
What state?
Oh I meant, what state do you reside in? Some states have more opportunists of remote than others
We are in a very similar situation, me since September, I also have health issues and really need remote. I’ve applied for hundreds.

Between myself and two friends (all in different industries) we applied for a combined 1000 jobs, had a combined 15-20 interviews, and had a combined number of 4 job offers (one rejected) over the past two years.
Unfortunately it's just the time we're in : (
Best thing to do is to use your connections to get a role. Be wary of recruiters and temp agencies -- search on glassdoor/Reddit to see if they're actually good at placing or if they're really good at a bait and switch.
Also, remote jobs are getting fewer and farther between. There may be more hybrid roles available now that people are coming back to the office.
I couldn’t even tell you the amount of Job Applications I’ve input. I finally got an interview with a company for a complete remote job and I advanced to the next round, however, I decided to not do the interview because they were wanting to pay $20/hr to work for 4-5 different attorneys but it was completely remote. They lost their minds. I interviewed with GEICO and they have changed there policies where you work hybrid but with one attorney but having 300+ cases. But they didn’t choose me so it’s frustrating. Not a lot of firm are completely remote and I worry about job security. I’m in house counsel now working hybrid and I have job security but I want to be completely remote but they are refusing it. The market is horrible and firms don’t want to pay.
