That is super low. That’s our range for the lowest level of account (1 below Acct Sup) at my agency and it’s based in the Midwest.
It’s not. McCann health’s range goes up to $120k for AS roles
That seems pretty average to me!
Well times have changed (based on the numbers in the comments)! Lol when I was an account sup I was making like $85k 🤣🤣🤣 and that was like 4 years ago
To be honest, that seems reasonable to me. I've seen crazier ranges. I saw one that was like, $100,000-$200,000 and I was like, I'm gonna need someone to explain that to me.
My sense was that roles listed with absurd ranges was a lazy way of keeping compliance with new regulations for job listingsin New York, California, Colorado sometimes
That range is that low because it’s based in NJ, and they don’t have to pay as many taxes as NYC. I make $115K as a junior/mid sup at my NYC-based agency, and I know some people that make more than me as AS
If the company is based in NYC, the company would get NY taxes and the individual would get taxed NJ
It does seem pretty average for NJ though so idk what you're on about. But the true range is likely closer to $85,000 - $98,000, with exceptional performers reaching even higher.
