This was a good topic to listen to. I strive to be generous at work, majority of the time. I see myself to be easy to work with, and this is one of the reasons why. But there are times when I have to do the opposite and those are usually deserved. What are your thoughts about generosity as a leadership skill?

Will definitely give that a listen in a bit! I think the trickle down is so important. One person is generous or kind, then they are that much more likely to pass it along. Cannot say enough good things about approaching with positivity. You will come to a point or someone where this won’t be the case, thankfully I can say it isn’t too often for me!

I’m looking forward to that point. I’ve been doing a lot of work to be “nice” lol. But it has paid off in some ways.
