I usually use the last couple hours to wrap up my day and get a head start on the next if I can and late work always gets me behind. I know it’s my job but it does get annoying when it happens consistently.

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?
