Know anything about a firm called QS2 that they just bought? How’s WLB with that team?
Yeah that sounds like hell I’m out on that
Depends on your office and group. CDD is a churn, just like anywhere else. TSE can be a little better, depending on the engagement.
What about SSG
Help with the acronyms please
Commercial due diligence - type of case
Transaction Strategy and Execution - the PMO service line
Rising Star
Our healthcare practice is decent. It is heavily weighted towards payer side work at the moment, I think insurance companies are probably 80% of the work.
Life Sciences is a bit more spread out, plenty of big pharma, PE, and Med Devices work.
WLB is not bad at all, typically much better than any sort of diligence work.
Having worked at both - hours are much better at every level at EYP. Their projects are also staffed with more people which leads to better hours (e.g, if OW staffs 6 people for a DD EYP will have 7-8).
This is true ~80% of the time
In 20% cases hours will be similar
Thanks that actually is helpful
Why are you at Oliver Wyman instead of EYP then?
