When does HCL pay annual bonus? Which month?

Currently a senior with 2.5 YOE(not including 7 months of internships). I want to apply to Pwc Senior Cyber Risk position, but the minimum YOE is 3. Is it worth my time applying for the role? Will I get eliminated off the bat due to YOE?

I was told I was the top candidate for a role after final rounds, but the role was impacted by the hiring freeze. Since then I’ve reached out to the recruiter but haven’t gotten any response (been almost 3 months). I saw a posting recently for another role that would be a good fit - should I reach out to the recruiter if I plan on applying?

Another post about the hiring freeze. I received a verbal offer and went through the process as normal in early July. However I’ve been told my role is on hold until the prioritization exercise is complete. I’m in a time crunch since my current role is negatively affecting my mental and physical health. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently.
