Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.
Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

Having 0 IA jobs would be more preferable tbh

Given how highly our profession values ethics... not advisable. You could do it if you were doing the work as a contractor only but otherwise you're asking for trouble
Probably possible, but could be hard to keep up with at times. Definitely not advisable.
What kind of workload do you have?? I’m doing 50 hours with just 1 IA job.
Depends on what time of the year … currently going to be slow
