Advisory Managers that left EY for another big 4…when you gave your 2 weeks notice (or 4 weeks), were you let go effective immediately or did they allow you to continue to work despite the fact you were going to a competitor?
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
anyone here in the PwC Bay Area Risk Assurance (Business Continuity) practice? How is the team and the culture?
B4 🐠 - How does the comp for an Oracle ERP/EPM associate/manager at B4? Will be a manager at year end at a smaller firm and looking to switch over
I have never switched jobs. What should be my steps to switch to other big 4, acn or IBM? Also I don't have one single competency specialization as I dabbled in different projects over time
Hey friends, so 2 companies I know nothing about but would like to learn more. Amazon advertising, and Mustache in nyc Company culture, work/life balance, types of jobs you get to work on, whatever you know I’m all ears! Thanks!
Considering leaving my consulting job and joining a company that pays at least 50k more in salary. Struggling with whether or not it's the right move. What do you guys typically look out for when researching a company (any red flags or positive signs that is a good/stable company)?
If I'm on H1B and start an MBA program in Fall 2018, can I quit early and take the summer off and stay in the States? Or would I have to go back to India for that period? OR is it better to keep working until the date on my new I-20? Purely from a legal perspective, not financial.
Is anyone at Salesforce and can provide me with some insights on how manager comp is structured (ie whats a reasonable equity ask?)
Pregnant with verbal job offer - how to negotiate maternity leave? I am only a few weeks pregnant and I have a great job offer. There are two points I want movement on (1) equity (2) maternity leave. The company offers new employees with <1 year tenure 14-16 weeks unpaid mat leave (+ whatever I get from CA state short term disability program which is less than half my salary). This is a 300+ person unicorn company that is really excited about me. What’s worth pushing for here?
Asking the masses for your take for a family member: If you are presented a severance package, are they negotiable? Have you had success in submitting redlines or getting more $$? How many weeks p

Is Director at PwC equivalent to SM at the other Big 4? If so, why are SM at PwC seemingly paid more than SM at the other Big 4?
Does Big 4 or Accenture pay year end bonuses at any level? And if yes, how big are they typically at each level?
Anyone here have the skinny on SBI (Sales Benchmark Index)? Being recruited for a Senior Consultant role. Curious to know pay, benefits, type of projects etc. It’s a permanent remote role (with travel to client site), meaning I can live wherever...which is quite intriguing to me. TIL.

Hello fishes, How is the WLB, yearly hike, promotions in NTT data, HR told me that they dont give any bonus. How is the growth for SAP?
Anyone have any experience with filing taxes when you earned money out of state? (i.e. Project was out of state) Should I just use H&R Block?
I have resigned after getting an offer( 26%hike) from another big 4 and now my current employer is trying hard to retain me, what should be my ask in terms of monetary hike and not to sound outrageous as well
I’m turning down a higher role with higher pay (12% higher) solely because the HR team has been extremely unhelpful throughout the decision making process. From not getting responses for weeks, to consistently receiving “I don’t know, let me follow up” then not receiving follow ups, and everything in between. All of the interviews leading up to the offer was great, but then red flags started popping up making me feel very uneasy joining this company. Have you ever denied an offer because of HR??
If I am looking to give my two weeks, I know general protocol is to inform managers and partner prior to telling HR. But if the hiring company wants you to put in the two weeks immediately and the partner is unavailable, is it okay to circumvent and reach out after telling HR?
Considering leaving Bain with 2 years in SM role, HSW MBA, and 11 years since undergrad. Google role is non-technical Cloud Strategy. Unsure of title or level at this point - called "lead" but contact indicated flexibility. Would be remote in a non-SF/NY location. Mgr indicated it was technically an individual contributor role though I would be managing 2 people. What comp/level should I expect (Assuming L6?)? What is the significance of the IC role if I'm technically managing 2?
Has a thank you E-Mail after an interview ever changed your mind? If so, what about it helped to change your mind?
How long do people typically prep before applying for non technical roles to be successful? The behavioral, case and company research can be quite time intensive.
