Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Unlimited PTO is overrated. How many days of your unlimited PTO do you actually use? Just ask for that number as part of your negotiation for the new job.
If your current agency cares so much about their people, why aren’t they paying fair market value? Take the money and leave, or at the very least, see if your current agency will match.
The increase in the $$ will make up for the non-unlimited PTO. You’ll advance quicker by moving, and it sounds like it’s a good opportunity. It depends if you’re in a growth stage of your career (leave) or if you’re happy to chill and enjoy the good work life balance (stay).
If you’re at a place in your life/career that you can commit to a possible or temporary work/life imbalance, go for the money. Even if the new place isn’t what you had envisioned, you’ve made the significant financial jump and can only go up from there!
You can always use your new offer to negotiate with your current agency, too. Good luck and congrats!

Take The Pay.
You can always go to a unlimited PTO type place, but don’t leave money on the table.
I would ask the hiring manager and/or the recruiter at the other agency how the company works to promote work life balance. Then read reviews on Glassdoor too.
Definitely go for more money if the work life balance checks out
