Thoughts on sending a third thank you note to the Hiring Manager during the interview process?
We had an initial phone screen back in December, a Case Presentation a few weeks ago and for both I sent a thank you note. I’ve since moved on to the final round of interviews and she took 15 mins yesterday as a prep session so I know what to expect so curious if it is overkill at this point or not to send a third thank you note?

Have a final rd coming up at ZS. Can anyone shed some light on examples/what to expect for the presentation and “unstructured case”? TIA

Currently at a biotech startup, BA in bio from a top 3 Uni, but worried since my degree isn’t in finance or business or CS that they won’t give me a chance. Just got off the phone with a recruiter who asked me what year I graduated from my MBA program and college and effectively told me I was too old for the role. I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question. It's just that I have all this other experience in things unrelated to the role or things I want to deemphasize in my next role. Is there anything I can do? I only list the last 8 years of experience (as it's most relevant) and don't have my graduation years listed.

Hiring managers: How is the interview process like at your company and how much say do you have when it comes to choosing that candidate?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
