As someone from the UK: No. The MBA is an American invention and the US market is well served by its own schools. It is true they are quite inward looking but that is fine: they are for the US market. INSEAD (where I went) was literally founded by an HBS professor that saw what Harvard was doing for American business and wanted that for Europe after the war.
There are some great schools in the UK but if you want to work on the US, do yourself a favour and study there.
The only worldwide recognized program in UK is LBS. Everything else is below tier 2, no matter how they try to convince you the opposite.

No. Can make an argument for oxbridge, but otherwise not worth it if you're staying in US for work
