I recently switched a company 3 months back in India. Now I have got an interview coming up from a company for Dublin Ireland location. What should I respond, if the interviewer asks, why I am leaving my current company in just 3 months.

If there is any senior staff, or member with credible information on this, please share your 2 cents. The suspense is killing me, and I am sure many of you echo my sentiments here.

- May
- June
- July but with salary effective from April (paid as arrears in July). Something similar for June as well.

Trying to get an investment job in Toronto as a new immigrant. I have 4 yoe in consulting, investor searching and financial service (risk). It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?
