Hi Guys, need help from you
I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)

Advocate for them, don't let other teams or managers walk all over them.
Protect them from the politics at the top as much as you can.
Treat your staff well and with empathy
Rising Star
1. Actively look to develop your team's skill sets rather than just manage productivity. This shows your value for them and their career.
2. Grow in emotional intelligence so you can handle the difficult conversations well.
3. Practice giving positive feedback so when constructive feedback is needed it will be received better. If someone only gets feedback in a corrective way it can be demoralizing.
4. Under promise and over deliver. Set realistic timelines for promised deliverables on your end to them and have their back on expectations from others regarding their deliverables.
Be consistent.
If your team knows what you expect and knows how you’re going to keep up your end of the bargain - it goes smoother.
You can be the change you wanted to see when you were at their level, and your team may very well love you for it, but you can’t expect them to guess what that vision is and if you’re all over the place, so will their output.
Always find ways to add value
