As we see due to AI there are layoffs in every other org , and people saying to learn AI stuffs to be relevant in job and upskill accordingly.

Now my question is , I do have 12 YEO and come from Dotnet fullstack bacgkround with some cloud knowledge as well.

So will it be good idea to spend time learning GenAi/LLM stuffs and switch to these jobs ?
And do you guys really paid good ? or pay are almost same ,but it keeps you on safer side ?
