I got an offer from Deloitte and they have started my H1B transfer. In the meantime I got an interview call from Google (Which I would prefer over Deloitte). Can I continue interviewing while H1B transfer is in progress? If I get the second offer (Which is a big IF) can I so no to Deloitte at that point after the H1B is approved?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
