Need advice. Top performer. Team members have been leaving and I have a stupid amount of responsibilities. If interviewing at an organization that has different locations (with different MDs/Partners) for the same position do you apply to only one or should you apply to each office you have interest in? Interviewing for a director level position in one location but there is a senior director level position that fits my skill set in another office location.

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.

Currently have J1 as current employer used The work one for my BC. I looked at Equifax/ The work one to see if J2 uses that service, fortunately they don’t.
Question - if J2 runs a BC for J1 and Finds out I am still employed isn’t that a red flag?
